A really beautiful image Wierd. Love those trees with a lovely sky as a backdrop.

Really impressed by your own way of 'portraying ' a sunset from a vertical where the trees look so evidently enjoying the last sun rays.

Nice interpretation of a sunset! Something that I have also tried to capture... Not to show the sun, but the light it casts when shining from low angle.

A problem at this time of the year in Finland is to get up early enough or stay up late enough... =D

P.S. Camera repaired?

The birches are in the garden of our neighbors, so I could choose the right moment from our window, it was the best moment of "hiirenkorva"
Fortunately my camera I got back last week, so much easier.

Great news! I am still struggling with Canon G 5x. Things like manual focus and focus in general is very cumbersome. For example all the time camera keep on choosing the wrong mode between landscape and close up when I switch on. There is no logic in it! And manual focus is very slow to use, no matter what dial I choose for it.

The focus is not so good when the contrast is low, often I have to look for a more contrastic spot to get it focused.
I don't understand the "mode" problem, when I put the camera on, it's in the mode I had it in when I shut it off.
But mostly I use the AV mode, because it is half automatic and has more possibilities than the automatic mode, I think I should try more the automatic mode because it is faster.
