After looking at the shot up close on black, I am amazed that all of the adult cyclists are wearing helmets, yet the children riding with them are not! I can't fathom the mindset of people who know enough to put protection on their own heads, but not on the heads of their children! When it comes to certain things, different cultures think differently!
