I too love the music, can't listen to it without a big smile appearing on my face. that "Albert Ammons and Pete Johnson 1944" is wonderful, not seen it before

IMO Pete Johnson is one of the really very best of Boogie Woogie.

Interesting, he is seen as one of the first to make boogie woogie styled music and died very young in a fight. Somehow his life story reminds me of Robert Johnson.
I chose this piece because I really like it :)
