I made myself a planner / gratitude journal / mood tracker / address book thing in InDesign. Training the brain to pay attention to 3 positive things each day sounds like absolute bullshit but also it works.

The main focus is on the weekly gratitude pages and the monthly mood tracker section, but I also threw in the monthly planner along with free stock images of cute and encouraging plants because I figured it would be useful and nice.

I've also worked a bit on that - I just don't write those ones down, because for a change I want (need) to place more importance on the positive.
