PS: Many of our "Japanese Restaurants" here are own and operated by Koreans ... our traditional Japanese Restaurants are few and very expensive and stick to traditional cooking, Sushi's and presentations. Many Korean restaurants do not use the traditional Japanese chopsticks either, but use the traditional Chinese chopsticks as shown above ... it is one dead give-away that you are not really in a Japanese Restaurant ... LOL
The difference between the two:
