Momentan wird in der Gegend sehr viel gebaut, es wird das Mekka für Studentenappartements, ab 363€ für 13m².

Hannovers Politiker haben es seit 20 Jahren nicht geschafft, den Park zu erhalten in seiner Schönheit und eine Nachnutzung zu schaffen. Nur noch wenige Pavillons stehen und viele Flächen stehen brach

Klar Aleks, ich kann das.
Die Nachnutzung der EXPO hat man hier verkackt, kein Wunder, Frau Breuel war ja auch mal Chefin der Abwicklungsgesellschaft der Treuhand, die meine Heimat in Stücke gekloppt hat
