Beim Bürgerbüro meines Wohnortes muss man sich im Internet einen Termin holen. Meine Frau brauchte einen neuen Personalausweis. Wochenlang war kein Termin buchbar. Die Termine werden nur kurzfristig bereitgestellt. Dazu muss man sich morgens früh um 6:15 Uhr schnell einloggen, sonst sind die Termine weg. Das Bürgerbüro hat während der Pandemie nur halb so viele Punkte bearbeitet, wie sonst üblich. Im Ort leben aber genauso viele Bürger wie vorher. Wie soll das funktionieren?
