You can easily see into the apartments opposite if they do not have curtains. F&E said that since they have been here, they have seen (1) one neighbour who likes to not only walk around her apartment naked, but to pose in the windows that way (2) three Polish guys who like to use the toilet right in front of the window, without the curtains, (3) a bloke who likes to wank in front of the window, (4) a couple who like to have her crap on him, also without using curtains. From the street you wouldn't see much of any of that, so it's really just for the neighbours over the road. Ah, Belgium.
