Budapestrulle and Freixenet

Budapest Roll was "created by Swedish chef Ingvar Strid in the 1950's, is a delicious meringue hazelnut roll filled with whipped cream and mandarin oranges". It's Manuela's favourite cake and we had it twice. When I lived in Berlin was common to have a glass of bubbly when someone arrived, and I always had a black bottle of Freixenet in the fridge. It was my favourite bubbly, so we had to get some
