Yes...and no...the density of population in Singapore leads to high buildings for public housing. This one is a brilliant piece of design, and architecturally very clever. I would not lke to live in it though............

And public housing has a different social context there too...it is nor just for lower income groups, but for everyone. It is more respected and looked after, and valued.
