India-Pakistan border. Soldiers

They do it because every day at 5.30pm the border (which is sensitive) is closed...so on each side, a team of flamboyantly dressed soliders like these..one Pakistani, one Indian, do a well rehearsed "ballet" marching manouevre to put each flag to bed and close the border gates.....it draws large crowds of spectators. have a lovely eveing, Arne~ hugs D

It's a very impressive spectacle ........ on both sides of the border.
