Not really

Before wire took over, many rural fences in Australia were made from split timber in a "post and rail" construction. On my travels I saw this new fence build in the old style - but it's made from moulded panels to give the "old" look. HFF and have a great weekend, everyone.

the trees were watching it has to be said
when they saw the new fence erected instead
of artificial stuff it's true
and they heaved a sigh of relief too
they had been spared being chopped down
leaving open spaces and no trees to be found
but alas somehow they looked and did say
if it were made from us . . .then here we could stay :)
HFF and a nice weekend.
