Completion Status

Status of the conversion of the previous "free accounts" into "guest accounts". The essential things are done. The remaining minor things will follow in the next days. The planned upper limit of max 20 uploads will be implemented step by step to give users the time they need to reorganize their existing content. (That's why the files are still accessible up to 200, too. They are only not presented in the overview pages. Nothing has been deleted yet. This will only be done in August.)
