I don't think there's enough space to put down all the countries that drive on the right LOL. I can't make out the writings, but I do note that they don't appear to be either in Chinese or Japanese, or Korean or any of those eastern countries.

No, and anyway they drive on the left in Japan and Korea. as it can't be USA you need to look closer to home.

I tried making this one a public one but still no correct answer so now I will put you all at rest.
It is Andorra, the sixth smallest nation in Europe, they produce an excess of Hydro electric power.
So now lets see if anybody can tell me the City name for 6B
