dickens faces this massive tv across guildhall square, completely empty now that most of the town's life is centred on the private gunwharf development. someone on the council sold this town out. the tv was showing ads to the odd pigeon, the only moving things in the town centre, now mostly pawn shops, money lenders and bookies amongst boarded up shopfronts and empty pubs.
