church built 1845-6 by ferrey, the nave given over to sport of some sort, which would be easier to swallow were the timber and glass screen in the crossing easier on the eye. why not sell off the village hall over the road, build a kitchen and loo under a western gallery, and use the extra cash to glaze the arch properly, moving all village gatherings into the church where they belong?
