royal arms of scotland, aberdeen

beautifully carved panel of arms, perhaps james V, now in the tiny museum of king's college in aberdeen, on the old high street. this museum is supposedly just getting sorted, and it shows; very little is actually on show, for a city of this size and importance difficult to understand.
