Pot of Gold

In der irischen Mythologie heißt es, daß man am Ende des Regenbogens einen Topf voller Gold findet. Ich hoffe, die Bewohner des Hochhauses in South Perth waren rechtzeitig unten, um ihn einzusammeln...

Diesen tollen Anblick konnte ich am einzigen Regentag während meines Australienurlaubs 2014 im Kings Park in Perth genießen. In solch einer Intensität und Größe habe ich bis dahin noch keinen Regenbogen gesehen.
Ich wünsche all meinen ipernity-Freunden und natürlich auch allen anderen Mitgliedern mit dieser Aufnahme schon einmal alles Gute und viel Glück für 2020! Wir sehen uns im nächsten Jahr :-)

According to Irish mythology you will find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. I hope that the residents of the apartment tower have gone downstairs in time to collect it...
I was able to capture this rare moment from Perth's Kings Park on the only rainy day during my holidays in Australia in September 2014. I have never seen a rainbow of this size and intensity before.
