Wow, what a mess, and so terrible they have not been paid for this loss yet! Horrible how that happens--in California, earthquake insurance is required in many places, but when there is damage, getting a payout is usually very long in coming and they try to get out of paying even when it is clearly earthquake damage. Terrible how insurance companies do that!!!

I think insurance companies must be the same the world over!
