Ja ich habe es gesehen... ist "schwer" so viel
Neues zu gestalten und dann mit Leben zu füllen...
ich kenne das bei uns... sehr viele Ähnlichkeiten...
auch ein ehemaliges Bahngelände... und nun plötzlich
ist da ein Stadtteil...

je suis bien d'accord ... des cubes , le genre d'immeuble qui vieillit mal , avec vue sur des rails ( si les trains passent encore , ça va être une nuisance sonore )
J'espère qu'il y aura des espaces verts.. pour le moment on ne voit que du goudron au sol , et ce n'est guère propice aux plantes
