Das ist in Regensburg, ganz in der Nähe ist der nördlichste Punkt der Donau. Siehe Karte.

Hab' mir noch nie Gedanken darüber gemacht, dass dieser mächtige von West nach Ost ziehende Fluss auch einen nördlichsten Punkt hat ... aber klar, da ist er. Danke für's wach rütteln dafür. ;-)

Bevor dies meine (derzeitige) Heimat wurde, war mir das auch nicht bewusst. Aber jetzt ist das Wissen manchmal praktisch: Auch auf Karten, auf denen große Flüsse, nicht aber kleine Städte verzeichnet sind, kann ich anderen sofort zeigen, wo Regensburg ist.
