Grack on a Hot Wooden Perch

This Common Grackle isn't singing, it's just trying to cool off. It was 109° when I took this shot! Given how the dark iridescence doesn't cover the head completely, I'm thinking this is a juvenile that hasn't quite achieved adult plumage.
