Pacific Loon (Gavia pacifica)

Unfortunately, I wasn't awake enough this morning to figure out I had my camera on the wrong settings until about halfway through the shoot. Even more unfortunate, the best bird I saw was this one which I found early on but never saw again after I fixed my settings.
