Lovely beehive. We saw quite a few beehives in gardens when we travelled through Germany. Thank you for adding this picture to the Bee Group.

Unfortunately private beekeeping in Germany is heavily regulated. Local agricultural authorities control the stocks strongly because of the mites (Varroamilias). Here it happened that by an non-professional control the bee queen had fled. Varroamilias were not found, the queen was gone...
- Now there lives a new bee colony.
