hello Andy ,this caterpillar once i bred it in my domicile of Heerlen Holland , and later it became a big moth with a wingspan of 15 cm , some of these caterpillars became a length of 15 cm ,

Buena mano y bonita oruga, con hermoso color. Hay algunos parecidos que no conviene ponerlos sobre la mano como son las procesionarias del pino (Thaumetopoea pityocampa) porque pueden producir fuertes alergias.

Hola José gracias por tu comentario ,yo se en holanda hay tambien orugas procesionarias pero esas comen las ojas del arbol quercus , tambien no son mis favoritas te comprendes ,..
