This exhibit consists of approximately 50 illustrations of the over 200 included in:
Desertwalk, A Search For Secrets of the Desert
and
Beachwalk, An Everyday Journey through Sea, Sand and Soul
Watercolor is the medium for all of the paintings. I have found I can mix any shade, tint or hue from the eight standard colors found in children's paint boxes. For white I used the white of the paper, which is a good quality watercolor paper.
Most of the paintings on display are originals, with the exception of a few which are copies. The framing is entirely for protection. Only a few have mats and are presented as decorative pictures.
