West of Route 62 (0744)

The graded area was to have been the "Highland Falls" double-golf course residential development. Behind it in the foothills you can see the remains of the "Nude Bowl" resort. The Colorado River Aqueduct cuts across the image below the developed area, and Route 62 is at the bottom of the photo.
