Homo Canyon

While uploading my GPS tracks (upper left) I happened to notice this feature in Camp Pendleton called "Homo Canyon." I have been told by some of the guys who venture past the fence at the border with Camp Pendleton that there is a canyon that has, in the past, been popular for gay cruising. Apparently the Marines have also recognized the canyon's attributes.

Compare to this map which shows it as "Horno Canyon." Now when I look at this image full size it looks like the map may say "Horno" as well. Never mind.
