The Hyundai Building aka Rio Vista Towers

Located in Mission Valley, San Diego, California, this 100 million dollar building was completed in 1988. It was designed by the architectural firm of Buss Silvers Hughes & Associates, San Diego. It is 11 stories high, contains 190,264 sq. ft of office space, and is Energy Star Rated. In 2003, the developers received the Pacific Coast Builders Conference Gold Nugget Award for Best Office/Professional Building over 100,000 sq. ft. (IMG_5030)
