Unglaubliche Stille (PiP)

Wow. This is amazing Uwe. It is almost a whiteout! Lovely atmosphere and I know exactly what you mean. You could be in your own silent world out there. I like to see pictures of snow and ice, but I am definitely not keen on being out in those conditions. I will stay warm and snug inside and enjoy it through the windows or in photos.

I'm also not fond of winter (around here I always say the snow should stay on the mountain where it belongs - we have a high mountain 45 minutes outside of town). But without winter we wouldn't have this wonderful photo by you! I totally love how the fog also swallows my thoughts as I look at your photo. Something very mysterious here - and very beautiful.

Toll, wie Du die Stimmung eingefangen hast. Den Winter mag ich an sich auch icht so sehr. Das liegt aber auch daran, dass wir hier dann meistens 2 Grad und Regen haben.Wenn richtis schöner, nicht matschiger Schnee liegt, kann die Atmosphäre im Winter aber auch wunderschön sein.
