Anax imperator beim Abendmahl (PiP)

Es geht doch nichts über ein Abendessen an einem sonnigen Plätzchen. Dazu fängt sich die Große Königslibelle (Anax imperator) andere Insekten. Sie ist ein Flugjäger, fängt ihre Beute also fliegend. Anax imperator erreicht eine Körperlänge von über 80 mm und eine Spannweite von 110 mm. Sie ist damit die größte in Deutschland vorkommende Libelle.
