Nachts in Paris (PiP)

Die nächtliche Beleuchtung des Eiffelturms ist urheberrechtlich geschützt. Ich hatte deshalb bei der französischen Betreibergesellschaft SETE nachgefragt, ob nichtkommerzielle Veröffentlichungen meiner Bilder auf einer Fotocommunity möglich sind.
Mit der Angabe - © Tour Eiffel-illuminations Pierre Bideau - ja, eine kommerzielle Verwendung bedarf einer gesonderten Genehmigung, so die Rückantwort.
Hier der Eiffelturm von der Avenue de New York aus gesehen. Jede volle Stunde bei Dunkelheit glitzert er im weißem Lichtkleid.
