Seaford Bay Sunset - 12.12.2012 - panorama
This is a first attempt at a sunset panorama - hand-held camera and auto exposure - changed in Photoshop Elements. It started as four photos, but I realised the overlaps made one superfluous, so this is a stitching together of just three now.

Seaford Beach huts -- 13.12.2011 -- don't ask!
Whenever my greetings cards go on sale to the general public - "Do you have any of the beach huts?" is the favorite enquiry. So while I was down that end of the promenade taking snaps of the rough seas, I thought that I would indulge them with a nice out-of-season panorama, of about 2/3rds of Seaford's beach huts.

A rather crude panorama from two photographs, chosen because of the array of different coloured frontages.

A manually spliced panorama - I needed the photographer and her subject in the picture. Neither image was that interesting on its own.

Examining a dead fish - East Blatchington Pond - 5…

The two lads were debating whether to remove a small dead fish from the pond. There are a number of fish that live in the pond. How they got there I don't know. A few are carp that may have been dumped there when too big for garden ponds. There was one orange one a year or two back.

The main centre section of this shot was taken using my compact's panoramic function, swinging the camera from left to right. The outer two elements are identical and were taken by holding the camera still while a train went past.
