That's why I like to take an occasional trip along from our very residential town of Seaford to Newhaven. There is much more to photograph.

We have two terminals. This one for sea-dredged aggregates that feeds up to London and beyond and the North Quay one, which is mainly for incoming, rail-borne quarried aggregates for distribution along the south coast.

I took several through the fence on the seaward side of the terminal, just of piles of the shingle, looking like sun-drenched dunes.
