Thomas & Lucy Ivins with friends, relatives or colleagues! c1920

I have been struggling to identify the people in this photo. Initially I thought that it was Ernest Sutters in the light jacket, but having discovered an annotated photo of a large group of Ivins and Sutters, it now looks as though this could be Thomas Ivins 1861-1937. His wife Lucy, nee Dutheridge, 1856-1944, is in front of him in the patterned dress. The rest of the group have yet to be identified.
While searching through Forest of Dean online material I came across photo of a group in which there was a man very similar to the man with the bow-tie above. He had a bow-tie, a moustache and a similar face shape and hairstyle. So they may still have been in the Forest area. That man had not been identified, although most in the photo had been.
