Constructors Gallery info poster 12 12 2018

This was part of a small temporary display on the hoardings around a building site in Blackfriars Road, London. I think that there was a an information panel but there were builders working around the boards so I didn't get near enough to photograph it or see what it said. This is the best I can offer by way of background information.
