The ferry from France - as it is the afternoon arrival I think it's from Le Havre - The half-hourly Southern Railway class 313 train from Brighton to Seaford - The incessant traffic along the A259 coast road. Way up on the South Downs, you can see the movement but you can't hear it - until the train hoots at the level crossing!
