Hawkshead

Folder: Lake District
Got into the village fairly early for a quick look round followed by a walk up to Latterbarrow and through the forest.

On my return, the number of tourists had increased substantially, so it was onto the bus and off to Ambleside, Rydal and Grasmere (which had crowds of its own)

Hawkshead rooves

The churchyard is higher than the rest of the village, so you get a bit of a view. I'm not sure on current grammar, so I've tagged both possible plurals
