Herbert Reloaded (Escape from Aquarium 2)

Herbert der Hecht (Herbert Pike) was the mascot of an exhibition about live in and with the rivers.
He escaped through the wall into a tank truck parked below and is supposed to have made it into river Danube.
The escape vehicle was later found by the police near the river bank.
