Hohengeroldseck ist die Ruine einer Höhenburg auf 523,9 m ü. NN im Schwarzwald auf einer Anhöhe zwischen dem Kinzigtal und dem Schuttertal im Ortsteil Schönberg der Gemeinde Seelbach (nahe Lahr) im Ortenaukreis in Baden-Württemberg. Sie war Stammsitz der Herren von Geroldseck

Solche Burgen und Aussichten sind ja was für mich als Harzer ! Der Weitwinkel hat sich gerade dort oben als tolles Mittel der Darstellung in der Perspektive bewährt. Danke und Gruß vom MAIK

Morgens auf der Ruine zeigte sich der Schwarzwald noch von Nebel umhüllt, aber das gefiel mir ja gerade besonders bei dem Ausblick. Danke und Gruß der MAIK
