Ponds of Duchnów

There are several little ponds in Duchnów. Two of them are commonly called Swan Ponds. And a liitle nearby lane is officially named Swan Lane. Why? I was told that it's because of swans living there. Well, I visited the place several times in past five years. No swans in evidence... ever. Until yesterday. I couldn't help it...
