I was tempted to reduce the saturation of the shot for publication but then I thought:
no, that's how they (colors) were.

Nidzica Castle is much, much smaller than the Malbork Castle. I can imagine how the latter looked when you were there!

Yes Malbork is huge, there was restoration work going on when I was there. Soon after I believe they found a mass grave from WW2 during the building work
