Święto Konstytucji 3 Maja is a Polish national and public holiday that takes place on 3rd May. (...) In modern Poland, this day, free from work, sees many parades, exhibitions, concerts and public figure speeches....

Those clothes were typical 'noble' attire in Poland 300 years ago, they were very popular 200 years ago, they were frequent ceremonial attire till WWII, then they were effectively banned by communists here. Now those costumes come back and are used during all sorts of official/public and private events!
