That was close
Yesterday Sunday evening was not good.
The neighboring house inhabited by a nice old lady burned.
There were five fire brigades there.
It happened just at the other side of my fence (those trees at the lower left corner are actually mine).
But we were not evacuated. I was told to stay at home and feel safe.
They promised to contain the fire and they did. But it was so close, I was understandably terrified.
Good news is nobody was physically harmed.
I already talked to the old lady this morning. She is shaken but otherwise good and her children are taking care of her.
