The Calvary of Pakość
At the beginning of the XVII century a local priest, Wojciech Kęsicki, famous for his knowledge of calvary and details about Jerusalem, noticed that Pakość and its surroundings were similar to the authentic places in Jerusalem where Jesus Christ had died. So he decided to build up a calvary in Pakość.
Now it is sometimes called The New Jerusalem of Kujawy (region when Pakość lays).
