The original Polish title of this one is
pogoda pod psem - pies pod PIHM-em
but it is not easily translated into English :)

pogoda pod psem - literally "weather under a dog" stands for "rotten weather",
and the dog happened to be at the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (in Polish abreviated as PIHM), hence the second part of the title ;)
It was rotten weather that day...
