www.ipernity.com/blog/team/4659568 == EN == Hi everyone, I've received today the final proposal from the IMA.... I replied I was ok to accept. Papers will be signed / sent tomorrow... I'm very affected by some of the comments I've seen on the last post,.. I've been doing my best and worked hard to let ipernity survive... I don't see many person who would have worked as much as I did, without any other interest to keep the service online. J'ai aussi été assez choqué par quelques commentaires sur le dernier billet... J'ai fait mon maximim et travaillé dur pour permerttre la survie d'ipernity. Je ne connais pas grand monde qui aurait travaillé autant, sans aucun autre intérêt que de garder le service en ligne. Bonne soirée Christophe.

William Sutherland (il y a 6 heures) Today, 19 April 2017 IMA received notification that Christophe, the President and CEO of Ipernity S.A. has accepted IMA's proposal. I am hoping a Skype call can be held tomorrow to work out the logistics of the transfer. As a result, Indiegogo will be permitted to transfer funds to IMA's account sometime early next week following the results of the Skype call. Ipernity S.A. will make an announcement most likely sometime tomorrow to confirm the agreement. www.ipernity.com/group/2260604/discuss/186918 ► Aujourd'hui, 19 avril 2017, IMA a reçu une notification selon laquelle Christophe, président et directeur d'Ipernity S.A., a accepté la proposition d'IMA. J'espère qu'une conversation téléphonique avec Skype sera organisée demain pour déterminer la logistique du transfert. Par conséquent, Indiegogo sera vraisemblablement autorisé à transférer des fonds sur le compte d'IMA au début de la semaine prochaine en fonction des résultats de la communication avec Skype. Posted by William, 22 April 2017: "Three days ago Christophe, President and CEO of Ipernity S.A. sent notification that he accepted IMA's proposal and stated readiness to give IMA access codes to the team account, support tools, and moderation tools as well as posting an announcement of his acceptance. By the next day, he had changed his mind. I was hoping Christophe would have reconsidered by now so I could avoid making this announcement. Since he has not, I think people should be informed. Having said that, I am still hoping Christophe will reconsider after the weekend since he really has two choices -- receive some compensation for recent hosting expenses and our agreed upon share of legal expenses (4,000 Euros) as mentioned in the proposal or to receive nothing. Even though it looks bleaker, often it is darkest before the end of the storm. Therefore I urge everyone to remain here at Ipernity since there is always hope as long as the site remains online and because people have nothing to lose by staying around. Thank you for your continued patience and support of this site. p.s. To protect everyone, Indiegogo will not be permitted to transfer funds to IMA's account so that refunds can be facilitated if they should be needed." traduire en français
