No Jaap,its similar to dandelion,it falls from trees when wind comes,they are like connected together and bigger so camera can spot them.
I saw this wind-dandelion play in the forest and deicide to play with speed,of course when everything was set on tripod...wind stoped...after one meal and two cigarettes it started to blow again and that was it.
