top: Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7 flux: F-SW34 (no-clean) bottom: Sn60Pb38Cu2 temp: 350°C no problem with SnPbCu solder. the lead-free stuff wets badly, doesn't stay liquid long enough and gets solid in strange ways.
