IKEA SAMTID - lots of holes to go

First I tried to cut these hole by hand with a carpet knife or similar. EPIC FAILURE.
Then I tried a hole punch. EPIC FAILURE.
Then I tried the 70€ circle cutter. EPIC FAILURE. The 2nd row has some misaligned holes. I had to cover up some bad cuts.
Then I went back to the hole punch-bolt-nut contraption and combined it with using a carpet knife. It works but takes ages. At least 10 minutes per hole.
I NEED A HYDRAULIC PRESS... or similar.. or or a workshop that has one...
I've wasted 100€ on tools already and I can't get it done properly.
